After receiving your car we set about completing the job and keeping you informed of any challenges that may need solving along the way. This way we only complete work with your consent thus allowing you to remain in control of the extent of repairs and associated costs.

Completion

We contact you as soon as your car is ready, leaving plenty of time to answer any questions you may have.

Follow Up

We know how quickly time flies by – so we send you a gentle reminder before your next service is due to give you plenty of opportunity to book your car in – before it lets you down!
