Having managed the business since 1997, Simon and Patti purchased Springwood Auto Electric in 2005, from his father. later changing the name to Springwood Complete Automotive Services and moving from an auto electrical business to a full service automotive repairer.

Simon’s main drive is a commitment to quality customer service. It is his goal to maintain the highest standard of workmanship and communication with the Clients. He is always happy to discuss any questions.

He continues to enhance his skills as a manager and leader of the team with both trade skill, management and marketing training.

Patti works tirelessly to streamline all aspects of running the administration, A background in accounting and marketing she keeps her finger on the pulse in the business.

A mum with two great kids who are an absolute joy and a Miniature Dachshund – Luci.

Nigel joined our team in 2019 as a fully qualified mechanic with a wealth of industry experience and quickly becoming a valued team member. Nigel completed his apprenticeship and gained valuable mechanical experience with both Mazda and Mitsubishi dealerships, working on a wide range of makes and models before moving to Independent workshops.

Jesse joined our team in 2020 as a fully qualified mechanic quickly becoming a valued team member. Jesse did his apprenticeship in independent workshops around Brisbane and gained valuable mechanical experience with all makes and models. He has a love for all things motorised and a willingness to learn.
